Job Description

Nixco Plumbing seeks a motivated Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Mason, OH. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and enjoy providing top-notch customer service , we want to hear from you!

As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in managing the daily operations of our service team. Your responsibilities will include dispatching technicians, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. In addition, you will provide administrative support to the office manager and service team to help us deliver excellent service every day.

What you'll do:

  • Efficiently dispatch technicians to service calls, optimizing routes and minimizing downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve concerns.
  • Support office operations by managing customer databases, processing payments, and assisting with reports.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure accurate job details, technician support, and schedule adjustments.
  • Monitor daily job statuses and assist with follow-up tasks, such as rescheduling or coordinating parts orders.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.

Schedule:

This position is located in our Mason, OH office and is required to be in-office . The hours will be Monday through Thursday from 7 am to 5 pm, Fridays 7 am to 4 pm.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in customer service or dispatching is a plus.
  • Familiarity with dispatch software (e.g., Service Titan) preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A team player who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including a background check and drug screening.

Compensation details: 22-24 Hourly Wage
