This role is responsible for managing construction-related documents, including engineering drawings, construction plans, and vendor documentation, throughout the project lifecycle. • Receive, process, and archive engineering documents from external Architectural and Engineering (AE) firms, ensuring proper system entry and review.
  • Organize and manage engineering drawings, ensuring integration into the Engineering Record Center and providing hard copies as needed.
  • Support internal drafting efforts while ensuring adherence to company CAD standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction document control and familiarity with document management systems such as ProjectWise, Unifier, or similar platforms (preferred).
