Document Imaging Specialist

Pride Health is hiring a Document Imaging Specialist for one of its healthcare clients in Connecticut .

This is a 3-month contract with a possibility of extension with competitive pay and benefits.

Length of Assignment – 3 Months (Contract with a possibility of extension)

Location – Hartford, CT (06102)

Pay range - $18 - $21.50 an hour

Shift – (Monday-Friday) 40 hours per week

Job Summary

Managing the electronic scanning and storage of I-9 forms.

Job Duties

• Responsibilities include scanning and formatting documents, using Microsoft Office Suite. Ensures the validity of the data and outputs and reconciles differences.
• Completes and maintains daily scanning progress and provides updates daily to management.
• Initiates communication regarding assigned responsibilities and other routine matters.
• Knows when to refer to a higher authority.
• Organize and maintain the electronic filing system for I-9 documentation, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval.

Requirements

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
• Experience with electronic I-9 management systems is highly preferred.
• Basic keyboard skills with proficiency in using copy machines and scanners.
• Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Occasional bending, stooping, and reaching.
