We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Content Specialist to manage and enhance our product listings across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Facebook/Instagram Shops. This role combines product listing creation, graphic design, photo/video content editing, and marketplace optimization to ensure every listing performs at its highest potential.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, creating high-quality product visuals, writing compelling descriptions, and keeping all listings updated across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Product Listings & Marketplace Management
Create, optimize, and maintain product listings on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Shops.
Ensure accurate product data: pricing, variations, keywords, titles, bullet points, descriptions, SEO.
Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, policy issues, and product categorization.
Upload new SKUs, update inventory, and keep product pages aligned across all channels.
Graphic Design & Creative Content
Design lifestyle images, infographics, comparison charts, feature callouts, and Amazon A+ content.
Edit product photography and improve image backgrounds, lighting, or cropping.
Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Amazon listings (optional but preferred).
Maintain consistent branding across all digital assets.
Performance & Maintenance
Analyze listing performance and suggest improvements for CTR, conversion rate, and sales growth.
Audit listings regularly to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
Stay updated on marketplace policy changes and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience managing e-commerce listings (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar).
Ability to create clean, polished product images and graphics.
Experience writing product copy and optimizing SEO.
Understanding of marketplace algorithms and best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content.
Knowledge of TikTok Shop and/or Facebook Commerce Manager.
Video editing skills
Experience in the lawn, garden, or home improvement category.
Bonus: Experience with Shopify apps
