Full-Time Website & Shopify Specialist

Minky Couture is seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist with managing our eCommerce site. This role owns site merchandising and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate will support our online operations team and helps ensure our digital presence is accurate, updated, and performing effectively.

Responsibilities

• Update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory on the website
• Run, organize, and analyze Shopify reports (sales, inventory, traffic, customer data)
• Monitor the website for accuracy, performance issues, and broken links
• Support seasonal product launches, promotions, and website content updates
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure online content is aligned with company initiatives
• Serve as the internal Shopify expert, overseeing day-to-day site operations and functionality
• Perform other e-commerce and digital support tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing eCommerce site performance
• Strong knowledge of Shopify and related integrations required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
