Our client is a leader in providing equipment and solutions for organizations in the manufacturing industry.
This is a direct hire Electrical Assemble r position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Details:
• Monday – Friday day shift schedule, flexible to shift start time between 6am-8am (8-hr shifts), once trained may move to M-Th or T-F 4 day 10-hour shift schedule, voluntary OT available
• $19.50-28.25/hr. based on skills and experience
• Greater Baltimore Metropolitan area (Glen Arm, MD)
Position Information:
• Utilize expertise in electrical principles to accurately read and interpret intricate wiring schematics.
• Complete wiring and assembly tasks on both assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Conduct thorough inspections of wiring installations, assemblies, and other electrical components.
• Perform functional testing to verify the operational integrity of wiring and assemblies.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring the proper use of personal protective equipment and the safe operation of equipment.
Required Experience:
• Adept at reading and interpreting electrical schematics, technical drawings, and symbols
• Select and safely use basic hand and power tools, provide basic tools for the position
• Assembly of electrical components into control boxes, control panels and enclosures for machinery
• Work as part of a cross-functional team
• Capable of addressing fundamental issues and problems, while escalating more complex matters to leadership
