At Forza Marketing, we are looking for motivated individuals looking to start their career in marketing, customer service, and sales here in Reno, NV. You will work face-to-face with our client’s customer base to build relationships and promote our client’s products and services. Working within one of our partnered retail locations, you will learn the fundamentals of marketing and sales in a customer-facing environment!

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and represent our clients in-person to increase sales and client recognition with customers.
• Engage with customers, promoting and creating accounts, assist existing customers.
• Create a positive customer experience by answering questions and providing product information.
• Develop a deep understanding of products, staying updated on their features.
• Collaborate with the team to meet targets and drive overall team success.
• Assist our team with product launches, promotional sales and marketing campaigns in a professional manner.

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
• 1-3 years of customer service, sales, retail or marketing-related experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ambitious, friendly and goal-driven individuals.
• Reliable transportation.
