Position Summary:

The Estimating and Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the estimating and design process for our projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with our project managers and clients to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in estimating and design will be critical to the success of our projects.

Essential Job Functions/Duties:

• Oversee the estimating and design process for all projects
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the estimating and design process
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage a team of estimators and designers
• Continuously improve the estimating and design process to increase efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in estimating and design
• Experience managing a team
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in precast/concrete industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• Experience with ERP software such as Titan is a plus
• Experience with project management software
• Experience working on large-scale projects
• Professional certification in estimating or design
