Position Summary: They are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with a strong background in Healthcare / Commercial construction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with a passion for precision in cost estimation and project planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for Healthcare / Commercial projects.
• Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather pricing and scope information.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather data for estimates.
• Present estimates and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating, specifically in Healthcare / Commercial projects.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
