Job Title: Estimator - Deep Foundations/Construction

Location: Irondale, AL

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000

Job Type: Full-time

This role offers the opportunity to work with experienced professionals and contribute to exciting deep foundations and construction projects.

The Role

• Report to the Estimating Director and collaborate with executives, engineers, and project managers.
• Review project plans, perform quantity takeoffs, and create estimates.
• Procure material pricing and develop project schedules.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

The Candidate

• Bachelor’s Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1+ years of estimating experience (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
