Craft Hospitality is seeking a motivated Event Production Intern to join our team this summer (June–August) with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

About the Role

You’ll support the planning and execution of large-scale events for Craft’s New York office—remotely, with flexible hours (40 hrs/week expected). This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate on the East Coast who’s eager to dive into the world of event production.

Key Responsibilities

• Support event planning & execution : Assist in the end-to-end production of Craft’s signature programs and special events, from kickoff through post-event wrap-up.
• Vendor sourcing & management: Research, vet, and onboard vendors across multiple events; negotiate contract terms and coordinate all deliverables.
• Project coordination : Work closely with the Managing Producer to develop and maintain detailed production timelines, task lists, and budget trackers.
• Relationship upkeep: Cultivate strong vendor partnerships—track milestones, confirm logistics, and ensure every deadline is met.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Liaise with marketing, design, and operations teams to coordinate event collateral, signage, digital assets, and promotional materials.

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate with coursework or hands-on experience in event production
• Strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and an ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Creative problem-solver who thrives under pressure
• Familiarity with Canva, Trello, or similar tools for creating event presentations, project management, and organization
• Unwavering work ethic and a proactive attitude
