Executive Assistant

About the Role:

LHH is collaborating with a prominent manufacturing company for an exciting on-site role in Elgin, IL. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a C-suite executive. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic environment and enjoys handling a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the C-suite executive, including drafting correspondence, creating presentations, preparing reports, setting meeting agendas, managing emails, and handling external communications.
  • Confidential Information Management: Safeguard highly confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Data Analysis: Perform statistical analyses to aid in decision-making processes, utilizing various statistical software and tools to extract insights from data.
  • Data Organization: Maintain and organize data sets, ensuring they are accurate and accessible for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Excel Mastery: Develop complex spreadsheets, including pivot tables, macros, and advanced formulas. Automate routine tasks and streamline reporting processes using Excel.
  • SAP Utilization: Employ SAP for various tasks and processes.
  • Presentation Creation: Design and deliver impactful PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey data findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Calendar Management: Oversee the C-suite executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements to optimize time management.
  • Interdepartmental Communication: Act as a liaison between the C-suite executive and other departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in managing multiple projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
