What You'll Do:
✅ Executive Support & Calendar Mastery – Manage the CHRO’s dynamic schedule, balancing meetings, strategic work sessions, and travel coordination.
✅ High-Stakes Meeting & Event Management – Organize board-level and senior leadership meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
✅ Stakeholder Engagement – Serve as the primary liaison for key partners, including board members and industry leaders.
✅ Project & Communication Excellence – Assist with creating executive presentations, confidential reports, and departmental communications .
✅ Office Operations & Expense Management – Handle administrative functions, from invoice processing to travel logistics.
What You Will Do:

3-5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-moving, high-level environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you can navigate conversations with C-suite executives, board members, and cross-functional teams with ease.
strong problem-solving ability – you anticipate needs and proactively find solutions.
Discretion and confidentiality – you handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
