Executive Assistant to Yacht Manager (Marina del Rey)

We are in the boating/yacht charter industry in Marina del Rey. We are looking for one strong candidate available to work approximately 40 hours a week with weekends as needed. 

You will be assisting a yacht manager and CEO of a charter company in Marina Del Rey with daily operations, restoration of vessels, upcoming projects, and both personal and executive tasks. Nautical experience is preferred but not required.

We are seeking candidates that already live on the west side ONLY. West LA, Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, Venice, Mar Vista, Playa del Rey, Culver City, etc.

Main Duties (includes but not limited to):

Assist the yacht manager with general day to day operations, maintenance schedules and overlooking repairs, light accounting, and special events.

General administrative tasks - email correspondence, picking up mail, dry cleaning, ordering office or vessel supplies, phone calls with vessel vendors, calendar scheduling, general correspondence with the CEO, etc.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year DOE
