Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Executive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team, focusing exclusively on senior leadership searches at the Vice President level and above. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in full-cycle executive recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully placing senior executive talent across diverse functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Search Management:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive positions at Vice President level and above
  • Develop and execute sophisticated search strategies to identify and attract top-tier executive talent
  • Partner with hiring executives to define position requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Create compelling position specifications and executive briefs that effectively communicate leadership opportunities

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership regarding search progress and market intelligence
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring executives throughout the search process
  • Navigate complex organizational dynamics with sophistication and discretion

Candidate Management:

  • Develop and maintain an extensive network of senior executive talent
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of executive candidates
  • Lead sophisticated compensation negotiations
  • Ensure a premium candidate experience throughout the search process
  • Facilitate executive integration and onboarding planning

Market Intelligence:

  • Provide detailed market analysis and compensation insights for executive roles
  • Monitor industry trends and maintain knowledge of competitive landscape
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical leadership roles
  • Create comprehensive reporting on executive search metrics and outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of executive search experience, with at least 5 years focusing specifically on VP-level and above placements
  • Demonstrated success in closing executive searches with complex compensation packages
  • Operating with an extreme sense of urgency
  • Proven track record of building relationships with senior executives
  • Experience managing retained executive searches
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation structures and negotiation strategies
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with executive search tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with both corporate executive recruitment and retained search firms
  • International search experience
