Responsibilities
MUST BE FLEXIBLE, ADAPT TO CONDITIONS AND PRIORITIES THAT VARY SEASONALLY AND DAILY. READY, WILLING AND ABLE TO PERFORM MANUAL LABOR FOR ANY FARM TASK FROM SEEDING TO HARVEST ON A SMALL SELF-SUSTAINING ORGANIC FARM (OR WILLING TO LEARN). MAY ALSO REQUIRE FACILITY MAINTENANCE FROM TIME-TO-TIME.

--MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING AROUND CHICKENS, HORSES AND LIVESTOCK GUARDIAN DOGS (2).
