Title of Role: Founding Agent Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA

Company Stage of Funding: Seed (Raised $4M)

Office Type: Onsite – 5 Days a Week

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 + Equity (0.3% – 0.7%)

The company’s product integrates seamlessly with popular tools like Slack, Stripe, Retool, and Linear to resolve tickets end-to-end — like a real teammate. They’re led by a team of former founders and engineers, and they’re growing fast.

This is a unique opportunity to join as a Founding Agent Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of how companies support their users.

What You Will Do

• Lead the onboarding and ongoing success of AI agents for high-growth software companies
• Deeply understand customer support processes and map them to intelligent workflows
• Collaborate with engineers to build, test, and refine AI behavior
• Serve as the voice of the customer — influencing product direction with insights and feedback
• Conduct quality assurance on AI output to ensure accuracy and helpfulness
• Act as a key liaison between technical teams and customer stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years in customer-facing or product-related roles at a fast-paced tech startup
• Strong communication skills with a knack for breaking down complex concepts
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to implement customer solutions
• Passion for building great customer experiences and solving operational problems
• Energized by working with users and iterating quickly based on feedback

Preferred

• Familiarity with AI tools, large language models (LLMs), or automation platforms
• Background in SaaS or developer-focused products
• Experience working in an early-stage environment or in a founding role

Compensation, Benefits, and Other Perks

• Salary range of $110,000 – $150,000
• Equity: 0.3% – 0.7%
