What we're looking for:

• Freight Brokers with 3+ years in 3PL Logistics with a Book of Business/Portable accounts, or the ability to onboard and previous clients/shippers in this new role.
• Ability to commute and work in Office - We offer Hybrid roles as well.
• Eagerness to grow your book further and earn what you deserve. And a drive to grow professionally.
• Strong Sales and Account Management Experience
• Experience using TMS Systems, brokering loads via DAT/Truckstop, negotiating rates and submitting RFP's.
• Someone who wants to grow with us, whether its to build your own team under you as a successful broker, or become one of our opening office managers/shareholders.

What we can offer:

• Base Pay or Base Salary (1099 or W2)
• Commission starting at 20% and ranging up to 60% dependent on account size
• Performance Bonuses
