The Front Desk Assistant Manager reports directly to the Director of Hospitality and together they help lead a talented Front Desk team. Duties Include:

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Start Date: 8/13/2025
Posting Closing Date: 07/31/2025 (or until filled)
Pay Rate: $55,000 - $65,000 Depending on experience. $500 Signing bonus paid half after 30 days and the second half after 90 days.
Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of leadership, emotional intelligence, and operational know-how. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are key to building guest rapport and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture. Leading by example-with integrity, professionalism, and a service-first mindset-sets the tone for the front desk. Success in this role requires confident problem-solving, especially when resolving guest concerns with empathy and diplomacy. Candidates should excel in time management, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, while remaining flexible, dependable, and genuinely passionate about hospitality.
About You:
* Minimum 1 year of front desk experience; knowledge of hotel/property management systems (PMS)
* Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
* Experience coaching and training team members
* Proficient in supply ordering and inventory control
* Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
