Registered Dietitian (RD) / RD2B Role:

• Lead the Nutrition Care Process while using food as medicine in a rehabilitation setting!
• Provide nutritional care to promote wellness and recovery to those suffering from diabetes, renal, cardiac pulmonary disease, nutrition support and other chronic illness while using food as medicine.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with psychologists, social workers, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care in interdisciplinary teams.

NDTR role: *under RD guidance*

• Deliver medical nutrition therapy to residents
• Collaborate with RD, Rehab, OT, ST, PT, Physician, FSD
• Educate nursing, rehab, food service teams
• Perform clinical, food service audits
