Immediate: Infor XA Techno-Functional Analyst (Full-Time, Direct Hire)

Location: Remote, with travel to the NY region as required

We’re looking for an Infor XA techno-functional analyst who’s not just great with users and business processes but also understands the nuts and bolts of RPG development. This is a key role in our small but impactful team, and you’ll have the chance to support everything from upgrades and enhancements to new feature development.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the primary functional analyst for Infor XA, working directly with business users to gather requirements, translate them into clear specs, and support configurations.
• Act as a bridge between users and developers, ensuring technical solutions align with functional needs.
• Validate that code changes (often in RPG) meet business requirements and fit our overall architecture and standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Infor XA (MAPICS) experience in a functional analyst role: requirements, documentation, configuration, and testing.
• Previous experience with RPG programming (either coding directly or working closely with RPG developers on enhancements and customizations).
• Manufacturing and/or warehouse management experience is a plus.
