Job Description

Infosys is seeking a GCP Lead Developer (multiple positions) with experience working in a Big Data ecosystem. The position will primarily be responsible interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience working with technologies like – GCP with data engineering – data flow / air flow, pub sub/ kafta, data proc/Hadoop, Big Query.
• ETL development experience with strong SQL background such as Python/R, Scala, Java, Hive, Spark, Kafka

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in healthcare / Pharmacy Benefits Management domain
• At least 2 experience with any traditional RDBMS (e.g., Teradata, Oracle, DB2).
• Experience working with technologies like – GCP with data engineering – data flow / air flow, pub sub/ kafta, data proc/Hadoop, Big Query.
• ETL development experience with strong SQL background such as Python/R, Scala, Java, Hive, Spark, Kafka
• Data analysis / Data mapping skills
• CI / CD exposure
• Strong communication and Analytical skills
• Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teams
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
