Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties on job sites, including lifting, moving, and placing materials (up to 50 lbs)
  
  
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments
  
  
• Assist with site preparation and cleanup
  
  
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
  
  
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
  
  
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
  
  

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  
  
• Experience with basic hand tools (e.g., hammers, shovels, screwdrivers)
  
  
• Physically fit and capable of working on your feet for extended periods
  
  
• Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
  
  
• Reliable transportation to various job sites around the Phoenix area
  
  
• Prior general labor experience preferred but not required
  
  

Schedule & Pay:

• Flexible scheduling available (Full-time, part-time, and on-call positions)
