GENERAL MANAGER / BROKERAGE MANAGER

Position Summary
Run the day-to-day operations of our onsite non-asset-based freight brokerage. Own execution, solve problems, and build scalable systems in a startup environment.
Location: Wright City, Missouri (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Run daily brokerage operations: quoting, booking, dispatch, tracking
- Negotiate carrier and shipper rates
- Build carrier and shipper relationships
- Manage compliance, contracts, and fraud prevention
- Implement TMS tools and SOPs
- Support growth strategy and future hiring
Requirements
- 3–7+ years non-asset-based brokerage experience with a prior book of business
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- FMCSA compliance knowledge
- Startup mindset
Compensation
