Wright Automotive Group is Seeking a High-Energy General Sales Manager Are you a proven leader with a passion for success in the automotive industry? Wright Automotive Group is a well-established and reputable dealership looking for a dynamic and results-oriented General Sales Manager to join our winning team. Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the sales department, including new and used vehicle sales, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community.
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
Foster a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
A strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
