Job Description

As a GTM Systems Administrator at Red Oak, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the go-to-market technology stack, with a primary focus on Salesforce. You will configure, maintain, and enhance systems that support our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams while ensuring data integrity, seamless integrations, and operational efficiency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration & Support

  • Administer core GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, LeanData, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user access, configuration, customization, and issue resolution.

Integrations & Workflows

  • Ensure integrations between GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce and Outreach) are functioning properly.
  • Build and maintain workflows, automation rules, and approval processes to streamline GTM operations.

Data Management

  • Maintain data hygiene and integrity across platforms.
  • Implement deduplication, enrichment, and normalization strategies.
  • Build reporting dashboards for stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a systems administration or RevOps role focused on GTM tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin certification preferred), and at least one marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Experience implementing & managing Deal Hub or other CPQ integrations with SFDC.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing workflows.
  • Proficiency with data cleaning, reporting, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or equivalent.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or B2B tech environment.
  • Experience in sales operations or GTM RevOps within a high-growth SaaS organization.

Red Oak values the energy and creativity that comes from working together in person. To support this cultural element, this hybrid role is based out of our Cedar Park HQ with a minimum of 3 days (Tues-Thurs) in the office each week.
