As an Industrial Sewing Operator, you'll be part of a dedicated team that manufactures life safety harnesses for the work-at-height, rescue, arbor, and hunting industries.
What You'll Do:
· Operate manual and automated sewing machines
· Accurately measure materials and products
· Review items for quality and ensure each stitch is perfect
· Perform repetitive sewing tasks with precision and attention to detail
· Handle other duties and projects as needed
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
· Attention to Detail: You’ll be the eyes and hands that ensure each product meets our high standards.
· Good Hand-Eye-Foot Coordination: Essential for operating sewing machines efficiently.
· Physical Stamina: Ability to sit and stand for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
· Eagerness to Learn: While sewing experience is a plus, we’re willing to train the right person!
Hourly Rate: From $15.00 - $20.00 based on experience
Qualifications
· Harness sewing experience desired – willing to train
· Must be able to sit for 8 hours
· Have the ability to lift and carry 20 lbs
· Stand for eight hours a day
· Great attention to detail
· Excellent organizational skills
