Forrest Solutions is urgently seeking a Hospitality Associate for a temporary assignment to work onsite with a prestigious, global Law Firm located in Downtown Los Angeles. This role involves maintaining high standards in kitchen and pantry organization, managing catering logistics, and providing front desk support. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a prestigious law firm while supporting daily operations and client services.

Position: Hospitality Associate (Temporary Assignment)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duration: Temporary

Status: Full-Time (Temporary Assignment)

Shift : Monday- Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Pay: $26-$27 per hour, (DOE)

Position Needs to Be Filled Quickly

Key Responsibilities

• Hospitality/Pantry Support: Ensure kitchen and pantry areas meet “White Glove” standards. Operate coffee machines, stock supplies, and rotate food.
• Catering & Events: Manage catering for internal meetings and client events, including order placement, setup, and breakdown.
• Ordering & Inventory: Track inventory and manage Just-In-Time ordering for pantry supplies.
• Community Spaces: Maintain shared spaces (e.g., café, wellness rooms), providing basic tech support and escalating to IT as needed.
• Reception Support: Provide front desk coverage during breaks and lunch hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, office services, or a similar field, preferably within a law firm or corporate environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting and AV equipment is a plus.
