An Bilingual HR Coordinator position is available through Storm Search . This DIRECT HIRE job posting offers impactful work within the plastics manufacturing industry. This position is fully onsite in the State College, PA area .

Job Duties:

• Serve as a resource for employee inquiries, ensuring positive employee relations and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including new hires, terminations, job changes, payroll, and leave administration.
• Audit time and attendance records to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee recognition programs.
• Assist with compliance audits and HR initiatives.
• Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with document retention standards.
• Back up Benefit and Leave Administrator when needed.

Requirements:

• High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in an HR support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems preferred (Balance Trek, Dayforce).
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Bilingual: Highly proficient in English and Spanish
