Position Overview

HEXA Containment is seeking a highly motivated HR Coordinator with talent acquisition experience to join our team. This dual role will encompass HR Coordination and Talent Acquisition responsibilities. As an HR Coordinator, you will be the linchpin in supporting essential HR functions while also managing talent acquisition efforts and partnering closely with leadership to meet the hiring needs of the business.

Responsibilities

HR Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee benefits, leave management, and payroll processing.
  • Assist with performance management processes, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data is up to date.
  • Help plan and implement employee engagement programs, events, and initiatives.
  • Provide general HR support to leadership and employees as needed.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify qualified individuals for open positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms (including LinkedIn Recruiter) to attract and engage top talent.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Represent HEXA Containment as a brand ambassador at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other industry events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of successful experience in talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, talent acquisition strategies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and hiring managers.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter a plus).
  • The ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
