Schedule

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• On-call rotation (paid)

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and code compliance
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls and participate in the rotating on-call schedule
• Interpret schematics and read blueprints
• Utilize hand tools, meters, and advanced diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
• Adhere strictly to EPA regulations and safety guidelines when handling refrigerants and other regulated materials
• Use and navigate HVAC service software platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan) for dispatch, job tracking, and customer notes
• Must be physically capable of performing the tasks related to this trade. Including climbing, working at heights, squatting, lifting more than 50 pounds, working in excessive heat, and varying weather conditions while maintaining a Safety First and teamwork mindset.

Requirements

• Valid EPA certification
• Minimum of 3+ years of HVAC experience
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
• Must supply your own professional-grade hand tools, meters, and refrigeration gauges
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering outstanding service
