Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location-Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Fremont, CA)

Start Date Is: 12/15

Duration: 4 months (contract)

Compensation Range: $50/hr – $60/hr w2

Job Description:

Drive software-focused projects supporting RF radio testing and compliance in a cross-functional technical environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Translate business requests into epics, stories, and tasks with clear scope and success metrics
Define acceptance criteria and ensure test-readiness
Build and manage Gantt-based schedules in ClickUp
Set up and execute sprints; facilitate daily scrums and track sprint health
Collaborate with RF labs and compliance teams to align schedules and deliverables
Publish weekly status reports and lead decision reviews
Monitor key performance metrics like defect leakage and time to resolution

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

PMP certification (PMI)
5+ years managing software projects in hardware/embedded/RF environments
Strong ClickUp skills for planning and dependency tracking
Proven sprint management, prioritization, and delegation experience
Excellent communication with the ability to convey risks and decisions effectively

Nice-to-Haves:

Agile delivery experience; familiarity with Jira or Trello
Understanding of SDLC; basic familiarity with Python and JavaScript for test tooling concepts
