Job Description

Who We Are

ClearSale is a locally owned real estate investment company that for 24 years has specialized in buying, fixing up, selling, and wholesaling over 2,500 houses across the Front Range. We help people get where they need to go by buying houses from sellers who cannot or do not want to sell on the MLS.

We’re not perfect, and we know we have work to do. That’s why we are looking for direct, confident, and daring inside sales professionals who enjoy challenges and taking dominating action while working at a faster than average pace with a proactive and assertive yet friendly style.

If you know you can thrive in this environment, be innovative, and help build a revenue operation that scales, this is the role for you.

You will work in a results-driven environment where marketing and sales directly impact company performance. We are in a period of optimization and refinement, actively implementing EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) to bring structure and efficiency to our operations.

Position Summary

ClearSale is looking for an Inside Sales Agent who is friendly, responsive and professional in their ability to connect with people over the phone. You’ll be the first voice many of our sellers hear—fielding inbound calls and leads from homeowners who need to sell their house but can’t or don’t want to list with an agent. They need a direct house buyer like ClearSale to provide clear options.

Our sellers come from all walks of life—owners facing costly repairs, people relocating out of state, families managing inherited properties, landlords offloading rentals, or individuals dealing with financial or life challenges. Your job is to build quick rapport, understand their needs, and qualify them so our Account Executive team can take the next step.

You set the tone for the first human interaction a seller has with ClearSale. This role isn’t just about qualifying leads—it’s about creating the beginning of the experience for every seller we serve. That first impression matters, and your ability to listen, empathize, and guide sets the stage for everything that follows.

This is a remote role however you must be based in metro Denver.. You’ll be handling warm, inbound leads generated through our marketing channels and referral network. Success in this role comes from responsiveness, strong communication, and a high level of personal accountability. You must be process-driven, organized, and comfortable owning your number while helping sellers take the first step in their journey with ClearSale.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the First Voice: Respond immediately to inbound leads via phone, text, and email. You set the tone for the entire seller experience and represent ClearSale from the very first conversation.
  • Build Instant Trust: Approach each call with empathy, professionalism, and curiosity. Many of our sellers are navigating stressful or emotional situations—they need to feel heard before they can move forward.
  • Qualify with Precision: Ask thoughtful, targeted questions to understand the seller’s situation, property condition, timeline, and motivation. Accurately determine if the opportunity is a fit for our buying strategy.
  • Set High-Quality Appointments: Clearly explain who we are and how we work, then schedule qualified appointments for our Account Executives. Your job is to hand off opportunities that are teed up to close.
  • Own the Front of the Pipeline: Keep Salesforce updated with detailed notes and accurate lead status. Follow up consistently, manage nurture sequences, and never let a good lead slip through the cracks.
  • Stay Plugged In: Participate in daily team huddles, call reviews, and ongoing coaching. Work closely with Account Executives and the rest of the Revenue team to refine scripts, improve conversion, and keep the pipeline moving.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Complete onboarding and training, including systems, scripting, and lead qualification criteria
  • Set 10–15 qualified seller appointments weekly for our Account Executives
  • Help contribute to 4+ closed deals by the end of month 3
  • Maintain accurate and complete CRM documentation for all lead interactions
  • Participate consistently in team huddles and contribute to process improvement discussions

What We’re Looking For

  • Metro Denver-Based: You must live in Metro Denver and have a strong understanding of the local market. While this is a remote phone-based role, occasional in-person team meetings or training sessions may take place in the Denver area.
  • Sales Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales or call center roles (real estate, home services, title company, or mortgage preferred)
  • Communication: Excellent phone presence with strong listening and conversational control
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Dialpad (or similar platforms)
  • Organized: Able to manage high volumes of leads while keeping CRM updated in real-time
  • Self-Motivated: You don’t need to be micromanaged—you own your role and numbers
  • People-Centered: You approach conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Team Player: Able to work across functions and participate in daily team meetings

Bonus Points For

  • Real estate investment or wholesaling experience
  • Experience working under EOS (L10s, Rocks, Scorecards)
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Compensation Structure

  • Hourly base pay + monthly performance bonuses
  • Health and dental insurance options
  • PTO and company holidays
  • Professional development and EOS-aligned coaching
  • Clear path to growth into Account Executive roles

Why Join ClearSale?

  • Commission-based earnings with uncapped potential—your hustle determines your income
  • Remote flexibility with autonomy to build your day around appointments
  • Supportive team and transparent leadership—we care about results and integrity
  • Real impact—help people solve problems and transition through major life events
  • Be part of a growing, Colorado-rooted real estate company with big goals
