Campbell County Health is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join the Department of Complex Medicine to support health services for a growing practice in a rural setting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating a wide range of adult illnesses, with a focus on comprehensive patient care. This position involves working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality medical services, ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient’s medical history and physical condition.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions and diseases.
  • Provide comprehensive and continuous care for patients, including preventive care and disease prevention strategies.
  • Refer patients to medical specialists when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a high standard of medical practice and clinical competency.
  • Conduct research to improve patient health outcomes and healthcare delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in internal medicine.
  • Adhere to all relevant medical protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine.
  • Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Wyoming;
  • Strong understanding of the principles and practices of internal medicine.
