Reports To: Operations Team Leader

Overview:

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to take ownership of our shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization efforts. This role also supports our fabrication and customer service teams and includes responsibility for preparing UPS and LTL freight shipments. This is not a supervisory role but is critical to daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
• Prepare and ship outbound orders via UPS and LTL freight
• Create and manage Bills of Lading and other shipping documents
• Put away inventory and replenish bins from overstock
• Perform regular cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Accurately count and measure hose rolls, including heavy reels
• Maintain clean, organized, and labeled bin locations
• Support efforts to reduce excess inventory through consolidation and resale
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting 75% of the time
• Assist fabrication and customer service teams as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college or technical training preferred)
• 1–3 years’ experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or shipping/receiving
• Familiar with UPS shipping and LTL freight processes (including writing BOLs)
• Comfortable lifting/moving heavy items (hose reels) and measuring materials
• Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting 75% of the time
• Dependable, flexible, and able to support multiple teams
