Title : Investment Banking Group Head

Location : REMOTE

Company Summary : We are currently partnered with a high performing, rapidly growing middle market Investment Bank primarily based in Los Angeles, CA. This Investment Bank has been strategically hiring in groups that have seen success, and is looking for their next member of the team to lead their ADG focused group. This individual will have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the US, build out a team underneath them, and truly take ownership of a coverage sector.

The Investment Banking Group Head will be responsible for:

• Generating new business and maintaining existing relationships in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government sector
• Building out a team that will assist in the execution of transactions originated
• Training, mentoring, and retaining junior investment banking talent
• Assisting in the overall expansion of the firm

The Investment Banking Group Head must have:

• At least 10 years of experience in Investment Banking, ideally in the ADG sector
• Proven ability to originate new business and M&A/Capital Markets transactions and carry through until completion
• Ideally a built out book of business in the Aerospace, Defense & Government Sector
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar
