As the Irrigation Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our irrigation division, driving innovation, efficiency, and profitability. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing strategic plans to enhance the performance of the irrigation division.
- Managing a team of irrigation specialists, technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

- Build, track, and monitor KPI for technicians.

- Ability to understand core problems, not just symptoms within client sites and develop and price solutions accordingly.
- Identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion within the irrigation market, including potential partnerships and technologies.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting safety standards across all irrigation operations.
- Monitoring divisional performance metrics and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
