Seasonal Part-Time Gardener

Location: Lithia Springs Resort – Ashland, Oregon

Do you have a green thumb and a passion for creating serene landscapes? Lithia Springs Resort is inviting talented gardeners to join our team for a seasonal, part-time role. Be part of an inspiring environment where your horticulture skills will bring beauty to life for our cherished guests.

What You’ll Do

• Nurture and maintain our lush gardens by planting, pruning, and watering flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Actively identify and address plant health issues using eco-friendly methods.
• Keep our garden beds pristine through weeding and mulching.
• Guide and collaborate with the landscaping team, ensuring top-notch care.
• Masterfully operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
• Monitor irrigation systems, tweaking them to perfection when needed.
• Lend your creative touch to seasonal planting and landscape design projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone with prior experience in gardening or landscaping (bonus if it’s in a resort or hospitality setting!).
• An expert in Southern Oregon’s native plants, drought-tolerant species, and pollinator-friendly flora.
• A sustainable gardening enthusiast who understands organic practices.
• A team player who can also work independently in various weather conditions.
• A physically capable individual ready to tackle tasks with stamina and precision (lifting up to 50lbs, bending, kneeling).
• Detail-oriented with an artistic eye for landscape beauty.
