A leading healthcare and retail organization in the U.S. is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Data / Business Intelligence Analyst to join its analytics team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals , including US OPT / CPT candidates , looking to build a long-term career in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple business systems
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
• Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and reporting
• Analyze trends and provide insights to support decision-making
• Maintain data quality, consistency, and documentation
• Collaborate with senior analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field
• Strong understanding of SQL
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau (academic projects accepted)
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas)
• Basic knowledge of data modelling and reporting concepts
• Strong analytical and communication skills
