We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our fast-paced and growing Analytics team in Southlake, Texas.

Essential Requirements

• Passion for learning, quick thinking and problem solving.
• Actively conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, and/or evaluating information gathered.
• Assist with development and acquisition due diligence, including creating and maintaining project due diligence folders and oversee collection of project due diligence data.
• Conduct in-depth research on market conditions for each asset class.

Desired Skills, Experience and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Finance, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, etc.) REQUIRED.
• Some analysis experience is preferred.
• Above average Microsoft Excel skills.
• Organized and Detailed.
• Comfortable reading and understanding data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Enjoys critical thinking and problem solving.
