Job Description

This Sales Development Representative sit in Covington, LA will join a sales organization to cultivate new client relationships within the security software sales industry. The objective of the Sales Development Representative is to develop sales efforts, build relationships with customers, and contribute to the overall success of the company. This is an entry-level position that offers excellent opportunities for career advancement and skill development. The position is intended to allow the representative to train and learn the industry, technology, and product. Once their sales skills are fully developed, the goal is to elevate into a more senior Sales Representative position after about 6-9 months.

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement
• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Support and collaborate with senior sales team members to generate leads and prospects
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
• Assist in creating and maintaining sales reports and databases

This entry-level position has a beginning salary range of $50K-$60K (range based upon individuals' relevant experience level) plus benefits, and an additional $7K-$8K opportunity in commission before promotion into the elevated Sales Representative role.
