Job Title: Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant/Implementation Specialist

Location: Pleasanton, California, United States

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant based in San Jose, CA, to join our dynamic team. The consultant will be responsible for deploying and supporting Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions for clients, assisting with supply chain planning, optimization, and analytics. This role requires close collaboration with business teams to ensure the system meets business needs and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Provide expertise in supply chain processes, such as planning, forecasting, and inventory management, ensuring that best practices are followed.
  • Assist with data migration, system integration, and report generation.
  • Provide user training and offer post-implementation support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing maintenance as needed.
  • Evaluate the system's effectiveness and recommend optimizations or enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar supply chain management software.
  • Understanding of supply chain management principles, including demand planning, inventory management, and production planning.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting user training.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting system issues.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable system configurations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation or consulting.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and methodologies.
  • Business process improvement/change management.
