Traxler Management is looking for a skilled Labor Planner/Analyst to oversee workforce scheduling across our multi-location restaurant and bar operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing labor schedules that align with sales projections, ensuring optimal staffing levels while maintaining labor cost efficiency.
This position offers the opportunity to centralize and refine scheduling processes, improving workforce allocation and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will design, implement, and manage labor models that support productivity, control costs, and provide each location with the resources needed to operate effectively.
Responsibilities Specifics:
· Develop and manage labor schedules across all locations, ensuring alignment with sales projections and budgeted labor costs.
· Analyze real-time sales and labor trends to refine scheduling practices and ensure efficient workforce allocation.
· Lead a floating commissary team of employees trained to cover absences and ensure seamless operations.
· Collaborate closely with the Recruiter to align hiring needs with labor force projections.
· Optimize scheduling processes using advanced Excel modeling, labor management systems, and data-driven decision-making.

· Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) and experienced with scheduling and labor management systems.
