Job Title: Landscaper / Groundskeeper / Handyman

Location: Johns Island, SC

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and experienced individual to maintain and improve the landscape of a private residence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, knowledge of native plants and trees, and the ability to perform basic handyman tasks as needed. This full-time position involves a variety of outdoor tasks, including but not limited to:

• Landscaping (mowing, pruning, weeding, planting seasonal plants, etc.)
• Debris removal and gutter cleaning
• Light handyman tasks (pressure washing, furniture moving, etc.)
• Advising the homeowner on how to improve the landscape
• Operating landscaping equipment (mower, trailer, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Proven background in landscaping or groundskeeping
• Knowledge of native plants and trees in the area
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment, including backing a trailer
• Must be physically fit and able to perform tasks requiring lifting and bending
• Background check required

Preferred Skills:

• Basic handyman experience (pressure washing, minor repairs, etc.)
• Good communication skills to discuss landscaping options with the homeowner

Salary:  Compatible and depend on experience.
