About the Role:
The Lead Security Officer will assist in the support of our overall security mission with a focus on product transportation and reports to the Security Manager (Logistics). They will assist the Security Manager with planning and all associated duties of facilitating deliveries/pickups in coordination with Inventory and Sales departments. As Security Lead this position will be an on-site location and as needed mobile out for deliveries. Integrity, accountability and professionalism and strong interpersonal skills for customer interface are critical. Flexibility is a key attribute of this role, as demand will fluctuate frequently with the needs of the business. The Security Lead will be scheduled core hours Mon – Fri with ability to be flexible, including covering days, evenings and weekend Security shifts and Delivery routes as needed. The duties and responsibilities below are meant to serve as a broad overview of what’s required in this position.

Schedule :
Core hours Monday – Friday Day with flexibility to meet Delivery Day/Evening Schedule and Rotational Saturday/Sunday Security Desk as needed.

Manufacturing environment that requires extended time standing, walking, bending and reaching. Ability to carry up to 50lbs for up to a distance of 100ft may be required. Occasional extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects. Ability to work in a humid and pollinated environment.
