Job Description

Talento is partnering with an enterprise PE-backed organization seeking an LMS Administrator to support several large engagements within their teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), handling system settings, content uploads, learning paths, automation processes, and competency framework alignment.
  • Design, manage, and continuously improve training initiatives to ensure proper course delivery, compliance tracking, and timely renewals.
  • Collaborate with LMS vendors, internal teams, and cross-functional partners to align technical needs with organizational goals.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, serving as the point of contact between internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Manage support tickets, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution of system errors and feature requests.
  • Conduct periodic system reviews and data clean-ups to ensure accuracy, enhance user experience, and boost performance.
  • Create and execute test plans for LMS upgrades and new features, defining success metrics and validation criteria.
  • Collect input from team members and stakeholders to recommend enhancements for content workflows and platform usability.
  • Draft Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to outline desired functionality and specifications for system upgrades.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable standards, data protection policies, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Provide support for broader HR technology systems, assisting with updates, integrations, and overall system efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing LMS platforms in a corporate or maritime setting, or equivalent business analyst experience.
  • Knowledge of HR tech ecosystems, with exposure to tools such as Workday Core HCM, Workday Learning, and Performance Management systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage timelines, and effectively engage stakeholders while working independently in a dynamic setting.
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
  • Clear and effective communicator capable of training and supporting users across varying levels of technical skill.
  • Skilled in organizing workload, setting timelines, clarifying deliverables, and consistently executing with precision.
