This isn’t just a paperwork job. You’ll be at the center of helping people find home. From managing application flow to reviewing income documents, keeping calendars up-to-date, and ensuring our tech tools like Yardi CRM are humming, you’ll play a key role in shaping each prospect’s first impression of our communities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Process rental applications across affordable and market-rate portfolios
• Review applicant documentation: income, student status, vouchers, etc.—with an eagle eye for accuracy
• Communicate directly with applicants to request or clarify missing information
• Monitor Yardi CRM and our Chatbot to ensure prospect follow-ups are prompt, helpful, and correct
• Manage tour calendars—keeping them open, flagging conflicts, and identifying gaps in coverage
• Update property surveys and comp reports every two weeks
• Verify income eligibility using pay stubs, offer letters, and other documents (we’ll teach you the details!)
• Prepare leases and confirm key items with applicants—pets, parking, garages, and more
• Jump on the phone as a helpful backup when needed

*Location: Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro (Predominately a Hybrid Role with WFH capabilities but some on-site meetings and support are required)
