Legal Assistant (Bilingual Korean)

This is a top-rated Personal Injury Law Firm in California. We fight for plaintiffs in cases involving cars, trucks, motorcycles, rideshare companies (Uber/Lyft), and other motor vehicle accidents.

We are seeking a tenacious Korean-speaking Legal Assistant to join our Korean Client Services Division. The best legal assistants are genuinely excited to help customers and hungry to resolve client challenges through consistent follow-up and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new client onboarding.
• Tasked with high-octane inbound/outbound call volume.
• Monitor all potential new client inquiries (email, internet, phone, and referrals).
• Meet with clients to facilitate in-person sign-ups.
• Open claims and send letters of representation.
• Set client appointments with medical treatment.
• Obtain medical records and bills and any missing information and/or documents.
• Assist with the property damage portion of the insurance claim.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant, intake specialist, or relevant personal injury law experience.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Bilingual (English and Korean) is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Initiative-oriented mindset.
