Legal Assistant
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: Uptown, Charlotte
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Legal Receptionist to support our attorneys with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and able to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff or department
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage conference room calendars
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and legal documents
Provide administrative support such as data entry, scanning, and filing
Maintain client confidentiality and uphold a professional front office environment
