One of the largest global freight forwarders is looking for an experienced Licensed Customs Broker to join their Pittsburgh team. If you’re a compliance expert who thrives in international trade and customs operations, this is your chance to make an impact!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee and manage customs clearance for import/export shipments
✅ Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) regulations
✅ Classify goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and manage duty/tax assessments
✅ Maintain strong relationships with clients, customs officials, and internal teams
✅ Stay ahead of regulatory changes, trade agreements, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Active U.S. Licensed Customs Broker certification (CBP)
✔️ 3+ years of experience in customs brokerage, compliance, or international trade
✔️ Strong knowledge of HTS classification, import/export laws, and trade regulations
✔️ Proficiency in ACE, ABI, and customs brokerage software
✔️ Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
